Have you ever heard of drum circles, wanted to know what drum circles are all about and do not have drumming experience? Well, you are in the right place!
Drumming has so many positive effects on our body and emotions. It is great for stress reduction, emotional release, boosting your immune system, releasing neurochemicals like dopamine and serotonin which cause a feel good factor and building a sense of community just to name a few.
Join us for a drum circle at the Wild Nurturer Yoga Studio where we will explore drumming, have fun and build community. All you need is yourself, comfortable clothes and curiosity! It is impossible to not get it right! Drums and other percussion instruments are provided so come, enjoy the evening and you will break out in a smile. This class is donation based.
